What do People Want
There are many different categories of wants, needs and desires that we all have to contend with as we go about living our lives every day. Most people would agree that Sex is one of our most basic and universal needs that we certainly have to address on a regular basis.
There are many many things that we want. Most people want to hit the lottery and win millions of dollars to do with whatever they will. Most people want to be famous, gorgeous and sought after by the general public. Most people want a huge house on the ocean with a yacht docked in the back.
Then there are certain things that we really do need. We all need to have adequate shelter from the harsh elements. We all need to have an adequate supply of healthy food and access to good and regular medical care. Many people argue about whether sex falls into the category of a need or simply a desire. Certainly we all feel that we need to have sex, our bodies tend to rise up and rebel and let us know when we have been too long without it. Others would argue that it is possible to have a completely fulfilling life without any sex in it, as in the case of a monk, a priest, or a celibate recluse of some type.
We all have many desires, some quite reasonable, some a little bit more far fetched and off the beaten trail. Desires are really not so different from wants, except that we usually tend to think of desires as more sexual or romantic in nature. Having whatever we desire tends to make us think of a situation where various sexual delights and delicious romantic interludes await us and are just laid at our feet for our indulgence and enjoyment.
People want it all, and with the Internet, we can get pretty close.
